Dr. Wolfe believes that successful therapy doesn't  have to be a long and drawn out process. Whenever appropriate she uses a “brief, solution-focused” approach, wherein a client identifies specific concerns and issues. This short-term therapy approach usually lasts between 10 -12 sessions.

She is an active participant in the therapy process and encourages clients to not only explore solutions to their problems but helps them break down into steps what needs to be done to succeed. Dr Wolfe excels at helping clients and couples generate solutions and assists them in implementing these solutions.
